As a Full-Time Management Consultant, you will be staffed on active cases in which you will lead or work together with teams to solve challenging problems. Basically, every day is different as you experience and tackle different problems in various industries. As a Management Consultant here, you will develop your analytical, creative and communications skills together with the team.

Job Description:
- Perform as a project leader or member for management consulting projects
- Work for current management consulting projects related to research, strategy development and M&A, taking charge of a full project
- Devise key strategies by consolidating different strategic opinions, information sources, conducting interviews, performing detailed analysis and translating into actionable insights
- Synthesize your findings and present to key project stakeholders and clients
- Prepare business development materials to help maintain the project pipeline
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Academic excellence (Distinction & above) in any degree or major
- Prior Consulting/M&A experience preferred
- Experience of developing and accelerating new business or digital transformation for clients
- Highly professional and rigorous
- Good business sense
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytic capabilities with hypothesis-driven research skills
- Self-motivated & independent
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluency in English (and other ASEAN languages is a major plus)
- Singaporeans / Singaporean PRs
